Normally in the fall, one of our first class HVAC technicians will perform our 66 point home Heating inspection. This inspection is important to ensure your system runs heating operations smoothly before winter time. During our visit we will test your Heat Exchanger, Blower Motor and Flue Exhaust, perform a Safety Switches Test and guarantee your system is ready to operate in the colder months.
Traditionally in the spring one of our first class HVAC technicians will visit for our 66 point Cooling inspection. This visit will be focused on preparing your home comfort system for the high system stress summer and include a(n): Condenser Coil Cleaning, Run Capacitor Test, Refrigerant Pressure Test and Duct Inspection to ensure your home is ready to brave the summer comfortably and efficiently.
During our 50 point plumbing inspection, one of our technicians will perform a water heater flush, required once annually to maintain your heaters warranty, an anode rod inspection, indoor and outdoor piping condition test, and water quality test. During our visit we also ensure your pipes and fixtures are tight, operational, and free of any money wasting leaks.
Once annually one of our expert electricians performs a our 40 Point Inspection, ensuring your home’s power systems are safe and up to code. Our inspection includes checks on; Breaker and Panel, Smoker Detector, GFCI Device, Outlets and Switches. Along with important devices, we will check the connection and fidelity of your homes wires to guarantee a safe and efficient home.
