The Pride Protection Plan from Pride Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical keeps those slow-building issues from ever catching up with you.
The plan wraps your whole home into one membership. You get four professional maintenance visits per year, one for each of your main systems. Plus, there are quite a few membership perks on top of that.
Every year, you get one cooling visit, one heating visit, one plumbing visit, and one electrical visit. That’s a $600 value. Each visit follows a full inspection checklist, so that means no system in your home goes long without someone looking at it.
When your AC dies in the sweltering heat of July, or a pipe bursts on a Saturday at 2 am, members don’t pay the $80 emergency fee. You’ll still need to pay for the repair, but the after-hours premium for getting a tech to your door is off the table.

The summer visit covers the entire AC system, from the outdoor condenser to your thermostat. That includes a condenser inspection, an indoor unit check, a full electrical component test, and a refrigerant pressure reading. By the time we’re done, your system is more than ready for the long, hot Tucson summer.
The heating check goes through every part of your furnace or heat pump. We inspect the heat exchanger for cracks, check the blower motor, test the safety switches, and run a flue exhaust test to make sure combustion byproducts are venting properly.
Your plumbing visit includes a tank water heater flush, anode rod inspection, piping condition evaluation, and a water quality test. Tucson’s hard water is brutal on water heaters, so the yearly flush alone can add years to your tank’s life.
Before the first monsoon clouds roll in over the Santa Ritas, your home will be ready. The electrical check covers your breaker panel, smoke detectors, GFCI devices, and outlets and switches. We’ll check what’s working, what isn’t, and flag down any major problems we see.

Not at all. We’ll work with you on a schedule that works for you, usually at the time of year that works best for each system, like an AC inspection in spring or a furnace check-up in September/October.
It rolls over year to year as long as you stay enrolled. If you’re a member for three years and then need a new AC, $300 comes off the price. The credit does disappear if you cancel the plan, though.
You pay $14.99 a month via credit card or automatic bank draft. Don’t worry, there’s no long annual commitment up front or surprise charges. Plus, you can cancel at any time.
